Heroin

Heroin is a derivative of opium and morphine used to treat severe pain.

The short-term effect of heroin are alternating between wakeful and drowsy states.

Repeated uses of Heroin can cause a physical addiction which becomes worse over time.  Heroin depresses breathing. Heroin also caused deep coma, and after using Heroin for a long time, the color of the skin will become dark, surface temperature of the body will be lower them normal people. Overdose will cause death.
Infection of heart lining and valves, and decreased function of liver.

The street names for heroin are: Smack, H, Ska, Junk, Big H, Blacktar, Brown sugar, Dope, Horse, Mud, and Skag.

Heroin is a very physically addictive drug, and with the addiction being physical, heroin is very dangerous to take. The dangers of the drug include a cycle of drowsiness and wakefulness causing impaired judgement. The drug was meant to be used for morphine addiction was found to be just as addictive physically. Dangerous as it may be, the drug is illegal as the long-term effects of heroin can cause a deep coma or even death. The physical addiction of heroin causes this drug to be dangerous to even be consumed once.

New Health Project


1. Can humanity (people) and nature (naturally occurring living things) thrive (grow, flourish) simultaneously (at the same time)? Explain.


    -We have to know what does Humanity Thrive mean before we start our discusion. The thrive of humanity basically means asking resources and energy, and producing product by a series of activities. Human use this way to produce what they need: transferring nature resource to necessary products. During producing, people also produce a huge number of un-necessary needs such as exhaust gasses or waste chemical water. Because the needs from human society, people produce very different kinds of products and waste a large number of nature resources at the same time. Humanity can't thrive without damaging nature. And nature conditions limited the activities of human.

Looks like i didn't get a good food balance on diet.  I ate a lots of burgers during weekends because my mun's not here and nobody make supper for me. Sometime in school days, I still have to go to KLCC to have my dinner. After return home, I always chose Mc for dinner. Maybe content more protein is necessary because i always feel hungry in morning.

So as you see, the vitamin A B C D E are very low. Because they are all burgers. Maybe I should try something new for dinner. It's not good if I'm so short of vitamins. One more point, the value of Sedenium and Niacin are very high. I know they are chemical compound, are they good for health or not?

I'm glad to have enough calories without having lunch. Basically i only had one meal during the afternoon. I mixed up dinner and lunch. Burgers have a lot of calories; it's enough for the day by three burgers.
 
 
      So basically, my meal on weekends are very unhealthy. I don't like vegetables, because they taste like water; just don't taste good. And I usually eat meat (such as beef or chicken)with rice or bread. I can't eat meat without them. And actually I don't what I had eat. I don't mind how much carloris are there or how much vitamins I should content, I just eat which one taste good and I don't like to spend a lot of times on eating. I don't like to have a dinner such as sit around a table and chating during eating; It usually take 1 hour to finish your dinner.

I get a better balance on school days. For supper, I had pizza. It content a lot of carbohydrate in pizzas. Fat is just on the line, protein's a little short. I don't mind how much protein or carbohydrate are short; I don't feel hungry and that's it. I never think about the balance of my diet.

As normal, short of vitamins. But maybe because it contents a little vegetables in pizza, Vitamin A and B are not so little. Maybe I should have more fruit such as apple or orange. I gained more protein then weekends. But  Selenium is still the highest. Fiber is still a problem but I belive it won't hurt me a lot and I can try to have more fiber step by step.

The calories I got are all from my supper. I think there's no problem here expect----- If all calories are come from supper, will it be short of energy during the day?






      In weekdays, I have a healthier diet then in weekend. Sometime, I feel hungry during class. I think that's because I always don't have breakfast in the morning. At night, after i went home, I just don't want to go out and have my dinner because it always take me a long time to go to KLCC but I always feel so hungry and at last, I still have to go out for dinner. I usually drinks a lot at school instead of eat more food. And honestly, I don't like the food at school this semester; if possible I want Conie come back next year. The food this year are more expensive and taste worse then  last year.

making decision

a.Do I go major on art desion or not.


b.Choices:

   or not maybe
   keep it as hobby and after I get an stable work, go become pro on drawing.

c.The consequences to me:

   It doesn't not mean everything to me. But anyway, i love it so much. I can spend whole day on drawing. For my life, there are 5 parts: 30% drawing, 20% for friends, 15%math, 15%science, 15%sleeping and 5%eating. Drawing is the quiet important part of me. I started drawing on my text book science grade 3 until now.

d.The view of point from family:

   My father don't want me to do drawing stuff anyway. He wants me to go to a nice university and then have a good work. My mum said she don't care, but actually she don't expect I become an artist. The reason why is that my cousin is now doing drawing stuff, and everybody don't think he will have a bright futuer.


e.My decision:

  Take drawing major after i get everything stable.

f.Reason:
   So unfair that I sometime can't choose my future. Any way, I don't want to let my mum down, my thinking is to become a pro after i have a job because at that time, no one can stop or interrupt me.For now, I'm a nice boy. But anyway, it's not a decision yet; I'm still thinking.

-Try to stop thinking negative thoughts about yourself.
it's a nice point I think. Anyway, when I feel unhappy, I just think about that thing for the whole day such as last time i got a dab grade i was like gloomy all the time. To think the thing which we can't change in a happier way is important. Such as English learning, i want to get a nice grade like A or A-, so maybe i can't get a good grade in some test because of vocabulary, so i do my best in all the quiz and then i will also get a nice grade. 2 times a day, to do the review on English. It's my goal

-Try new things.
it's actually one of my biggest problem. I always don't want to try new things. Maybe i just a little afraid about failed? I think i have to prove it.


-Have fun. 
it is the point i like best. To have fun during everything is important and you will always do a good job if you are doing something that you very like.
Maybe one day i can get interested in English studying?
