The nutritional value is quite low because it doesn't have any vitamin inside, but fats and carbohydrate is a lot. It contents carbohydrate most, fiber least.

Looks like i didn't get a good food balance on diet.  I ate a lots of burgers during weekends because my mun's not here and nobody make supper for me. Sometime in school days, I still have to go to KLCC to have my dinner. After return home, I always chose Mc for dinner. Maybe content more protein is necessary because i always feel hungry in morning.

So as you see, the vitamin A B C D E are very low. Because they are all burgers. Maybe I should try something new for dinner. It's not good if I'm so short of vitamins. One more point, the value of Sedenium and Niacin are very high. I know they are chemical compound, are they good for health or not?

I'm glad to have enough calories without having lunch. Basically i only had one meal during the afternoon. I mixed up dinner and lunch. Burgers have a lot of calories; it's enough for the day by three burgers.
 
 
      So basically, my meal on weekends are very unhealthy. I don't like vegetables, because they taste like water; just don't taste good. And I usually eat meat (such as beef or chicken)with rice or bread. I can't eat meat without them. And actually I don't what I had eat. I don't mind how much carloris are there or how much vitamins I should content, I just eat which one taste good and I don't like to spend a lot of times on eating. I don't like to have a dinner such as sit around a table and chating during eating; It usually take 1 hour to finish your dinner.

I get a better balance on school days. For supper, I had pizza. It content a lot of carbohydrate in pizzas. Fat is just on the line, protein's a little short. I don't mind how much protein or carbohydrate are short; I don't feel hungry and that's it. I never think about the balance of my diet.

As normal, short of vitamins. But maybe because it contents a little vegetables in pizza, Vitamin A and B are not so little. Maybe I should have more fruit such as apple or orange. I gained more protein then weekends. But  Selenium is still the highest. Fiber is still a problem but I belive it won't hurt me a lot and I can try to have more fiber step by step.

The calories I got are all from my supper. I think there's no problem here expect----- If all calories are come from supper, will it be short of energy during the day?






      In weekdays, I have a healthier diet then in weekend. Sometime, I feel hungry during class. I think that's because I always don't have breakfast in the morning. At night, after i went home, I just don't want to go out and have my dinner because it always take me a long time to go to KLCC but I always feel so hungry and at last, I still have to go out for dinner. I usually drinks a lot at school instead of eat more food. And honestly, I don't like the food at school this semester; if possible I want Conie come back next year. The food this year are more expensive and taste worse then  last year.

making decision

a.Do I go major on art desion or not.


b.Choices:

   Do it
   or not maybe
   keep it as hobby and after I get an stable work, go become pro on drawing.

c.The consequences to me:

   It doesn't not mean everything to me. But anyway, i love it so much. I can spend whole day on drawing. For my life, there are 5 parts: 30% drawing, 20% for friends, 15%math, 15%science, 15%sleeping and 5%eating. Drawing is the quiet important part of me. I started drawing on my text book science grade 3 until now.

d.The view of point from family:

   My father don't want me to do drawing stuff anyway. He wants me to go to a nice university and then have a good work. My mum said she don't care, but actually she don't expect I become an artist. The reason why is that my cousin is now doing drawing stuff, and everybody don't think he will have a bright futuer.


e.My decision:

  Take drawing major after i get everything stable.

f.Reason:
   So unfair that I sometime can't choose my future. Any way, I don't want to let my mum down, my thinking is to become a pro after i have a job because at that time, no one can stop or interrupt me.For now, I'm a nice boy. But anyway, it's not a decision yet; I'm still thinking.
